From a very young age, nature was my first language.
I remember walking with my family through the forests of Cuajimalpa, on the outskirts of Mexico City. My sister and I must have been between three and six years old. I also remember the mountain air in the Sierra de Madrid and the silent vastness of the Pyrenees. Those landscapes didn’t just fill my lungs—they brought me back to something deeper. I felt calm. I felt like I belonged.

Over time, that connection became clearer, stronger. Archaeology, history, travel, and long walks became my teachers. What began as passion eventually became a way of being in the world. For more than 22 years, I’ve been working through travel, and traveling as a way of working. I started designing travel experiences when I was 23. Today, at 40, and after 12 years living between Cusco and the Sacred Valley of the Incas, I still find in this path a living way to give thanks for life.

But it has also been a journey inward.

My mindfulness practice and training as a certified instructor at the Mexican Institute for Mindfulness have taught me to walk more slowly, more consciously. My studies in Cognitive-Based Compassion Training (CBCT) and my master’s in Sustainability, Leadership, and Corporate Social Responsibility have helped me integrate spiritual depth with concrete action—to remember that we are part of something greater, and that we can act with beauty, clarity, and responsibility.

Designing tailor-made journeys has become a natural extension of who I am.
Curating the details. Honoring the moment. Holding space with presence.
Creating experiences where what truly matters can unfold—
where we can travel, live, share, feel… and also, know when to pause.

Martha is a passionate and certified Tour Guide based in Lima, Peru. With deep pride in her Peruvian roots, she brings to life the extraordinary cultural and natural diversity of her homeland. Through her storytelling, she invites travelers to explore the mysteries of ancient civilizations, the richness of local traditions, and the historical threads that connect past and present.

Her warmth, energy, and contagious laughter make every experience not only informative but also joyful and deeply human.

Claudia Ynes Sanchez Troncoso

Claudia is proudly from Cusco, the sacred heart of the Andes. Her deepest connection lies with her culture, the local people, and Pachamama—our Mother Earth. She is devoted to honoring and sharing the ancestral legacy of the Andean world, helping travelers experience its spiritual depth, historical richness, and living traditions.

With a grounded and empathetic presence, Claudia brings a warm human touch to every encounter. She believes in doing good, with kindness and without conditions.From a very young age, nature was my first language.
 

Efreen Ruel Hualpa Cruz

Efreen was born in Cusco, a land of living history and culture. Raised among mountains, ancestral trails, and the wisdom of his community, he developed a deep love for sharing his territory with the world.

For him, being a guide means more than showcasing landscapes—it’s about transmitting the Andean spirit and the warmth of its people. Efreen believes every journey is an exchange, and he is inspired to accompany travelers with respect, joy, and genuine connection.

Hugo Mariscal Gamboa

For 25 years, Hugo’s life revolved around running his own automotive workshop—until a bicycle and the stillness of the mountains changed everything. A decade ago, he discovered cycling, and with it, a deeper sense of purpose that only emerges when you find peace in nature.

That journey led him to create his Ebike project in Cusco and that represents much more than a just a business. For Hugo, it’s the perfect blend of passion and purpose—a way to share the joy of the outdoors while proving that the best things in life happen when you truly love what you do.

Carlos Antonio Vildoso Morales

Originally from Lima, Carlos brings together a unique blend of expertise in Earth Sciences and the Humanities. His professional path has been shaped by a deep desire to study and understand the history of the land he inhabits—work that has long focused on uncovering and honoring the rich legacy that lies beneath and around us.

At one point, Carlos realized that it was not enough to simply study this legacy. It needed to be shared—as a way of honoring it and helping to preserve its memory. Today, he feels a deep sense of pride in revealing the silent stories of the past to others, and even more so when he sees admiration and respect reflected in the eyes of those who listen.

I am mestizo, born in Lima to Cusqueñan parents, yet deeply rooted in the soul of the Andes. My connection to this land is woven through everyday beauty — the music that echoes through the mountains, like huayno, telling stories of joy and sorrow; the flavors that carry the memory of our people, like ceviche, bringing us together around tradition; and the powerful presence of nature itself — Pachamama, our Earth Mother, who holds us all.

What inspires me is sharing my culture with the world — helping others discover who my ancestors were and what they mean to our history today. Working in tourism transportation is not just a job; it’s a bridge, a living story, a welcoming embrace of Peru. I am often the first smile, the first voice travelers encounter — a guide who connects past and present, revealing the essence of this land through the hidden places only locals know. Through my work, I share the real spirit of Peru.

Angélica is a passionate cultural guide from Cusco with over 13 years of experience weaving stories, history, and spirit into every journey she leads. From an early age, she was captivated by the richness of her homeland — the sacred landscapes, the living traditions, the voices of her ancestors echoing through the stones of the Andes. That deep connection inspired her to pursue a career as an Official Tourism Guide, with a clear purpose: to become an ambassador of her culture.

Specializing in archaeological and cultural expeditions, Angélica guides travelers through the wonders of the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and other emblematic sites with a unique blend of warmth, wisdom, and clarity. Her storytelling is both profound and accessible, allowing each visitor not only to see but to feel the soul of each place.

My best friend of 30 years and I recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Peru—exploring Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and the inspiring site of Machu Picchu. It was our first time traveling together, and what a way to start!
